Being An Entrepreneur Is Not Easy, But It Is Worth It

Alison Brehme is a Wealth with Corporate Wellness coach and the CEO of Virtual Corporate Wellness in Texas. Through all of this Alison still finds time to be a dedicated Texas Longhorns fan, focus on her faith, be a yogi, and launch an 8-week online course - among many other things!

Read below as we talk to Alison about finding her entrepreneurial spirit, and following her heart.

Hello!

My name is Alison Brehme and I am the Founder and CEO of Virtual Corporate Wellness. Let’s see more about me… I have lived in Texas the majority of my life and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em) with a degree in advertising. I love God, my family and friends, horses, blue jeans, dark chocolate, French fries, yoga, infrared saunas, massages and of course corporate wellness!

Tell us what you do!

I am excited to launch my 8-week online course called Wealth with Corporate Wellness AND my exclusive consulting services where I only work with 12 clients a year.

How did you get started as an entrepreneur?

I left my 12-year marketing career to do my business full time in 2015. I have worked for some amazing companies and consider myself blessed for the opportunities I have been given, especially this new adventure of being an entrepreneur. Now my focus is on helping businesses strengthen their company culture using wellness strategies so that they can retain and recruit top talent, increase employee productivity and become known as one of the BEST places to work!

Signature

Listen to your intuition.

Why?

Because God will guide you in the right direction if you are open and willing to trust in something bigger than yourself.

Most inspiring person you have ever met so far and why?

Maria Andros Buckley is one of the most inspiring people I have ever met. She is my business coach who doesn’t just talk the talk she truly lives it every day. Her faith, positivity and wisdom are inspirational. She is the real deal and I am so grateful to have her support.

One piece of advice you would give your younger self

Follow your heart and dream big!

Bravest thing you have ever had to do?

The bravest thing I have ever done is quit my 12-year career to create this business. Being an entrepreneur is not easy, but it is worth it especially if you are in it to truly help others and make a positive difference.
