This position starts out with listening to call recordings on one of our platforms and taking specific actions. No outgoing calls required, just listening to calls. It also requires monitoring an incoming email address and responding to emails based on the senders request. We will train. It may involve calling some consumers back to personally talk to them. Skills needed, Tech Savvy, good on the phone, fast with managing email, reliable, a daily quick email report, other skills that may be helpful as we grow: Scanning, Docusign Experience, You Tube basic editing, scanning, pdfs and jpg basics, basic graphics, user of social media, FB, Insta, YT and LinkedIn is a big plus. This is a position with a start up about to launch, estimated launch date, Oct 2020. Prefer someone in San Diego. Could be a short term position, could be long term with growth potential.
