It is a great way for them to get important business documents signed, without the need to send them via email or post, which can take much longer. It allows all signed documents to be in one place, that is secure.
How does it work?
A document is uploaded from your computer or you use a template you’ve created. You select options for your document before sending out, such as signature fields and passwords. You choose the email of the receiver. They are notified with a short message that a signature is required and a are provided with a link. They sign it online without the need to download software. You’re notified when it has been signed and receive a signature certificate. The document is securely stored in your account.
There is a free 14 day trial available, and then prices start at £1 per document for ‘Pay As You Go’ or £19 a month for 50 documents, up to £149 a month for 750 documents per month. Multiple recipients. Documents can be sent to multiple recipients. This is ideal if you have various different parties that the document needs to be signed by.
