The Researcher is a part-time ramping up into a 40+ hour/week consulting role for an entrepreneurial individual with significant online research and social media experience/aptitude. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a role-up-your-sleeves attitude to drive the continued growth of the Visionary Network based on the widespread demand for access. The successful candidate(s) will research lists of profiles in Visionary’s CRM, search results via Google, LinkedIn, Conference Speaker Lists, etc. and interact via email/social media inviting top tier entrepreneurs, investors, executives and VIPs into the Visionary Network and notifying them of matched meeting opportunities with others in the Visionary Network. The Research is compensated with a based hourly rate plus a performance based bonus to offer an incentive for highly productive, accurate work.

Software VA should be familiar with:
2 Week Training Period
Proven ability with LinkedIn, Google search and online research (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Ability to work within tight deadlines - time management skills and dependability
Ability to work independently, as part of a virtual company

Start-Date/Time Commitment: The immediate start date with training/familiarization period. @10 hours per week growing to 40+ hours per week is expected (flexible scheduling). Successful output is the goal, less counting hours.
Consulting Position: The Research position is a consulting position, not an employment. A future employment program with benefits is planned.
Compensation: Hourly rate plus performance incentives, based on level of skill/speed to fit within budgets, calculated during test assignments.
