Although it's not the type of skill you can list under your service offerings, understanding different personality types and how they work is actually a vital skill for every VA to master. When you work with clients from different industries, different locations and different walks of life, the way they work and the way they interact with you will vary greatly. Understanding where they are coming from, and why they prefer to work the way they do will go a long way in helping you be a better VA for them.
