Looking for a detail oriented and organized person to manage multiple projects.
We are a website design & marketing studio, managing 10 to 20 projects at any single time.
Each project lasts 2-3 months, and has 6 stages:
- Planning
- Content
- Design
- Coding
- Launch
- Training
Each project involves several parties who need followup:
- Client
- Designer
- Copywriter
- Programmer
The right project manager candidate will be responsible for insuring that each project is moving according to Workflow and that all people involved in the projects are working on the right tasks.

Software VA should be familiar with:
- Online project management tool (Teamwork.com)
- Slack / Skype
- Google Docs & Spreadsheet
